Ultimate Staffing is seeking Warehouse Associates for our client in San Jose CA! These roles are 100% onsite, temp to perm, Monday-Friday with a work schedule between 7AM to 3.30PM and the payrate is $22/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks
• Load/unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify shipments using packing slips and bills of lading
• Use RF scanners for inventory, picking, put-away, and FIFO rotation
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform equipment safety checks

Requirements:

• Warehouse experience required.
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
